Please visit this thread if you do not know what this is ;)
    http://www.3reef.com/forums/tropical-fish/fish-ideas-tank-x-gallons-110656.html

This list is ONLY for ideas on what you can put in your tank.
If we could please keep debating to a minimum that would be great
If you really have a BIG problem where a fish is on the list then put your complaint on this thread.
    http://www.3reef.com/forums/bucket/tank-x-gellons-if-you-have-problem-where-fish-listed-110723.html

Feel free to include personal experiances you have had with certain fish so we can acurately place each fish. The list will include fish suitable for a tank of 10 gallons to a tank of 120 gallons. I know many people have tanks larger than 120 gallons but this list is mostly for beginners and I dont think many beginners have a tank of that size. In addition, I think it would benefit the list if we kept advanced and rare fish off of it (scorpian fish, seahorses, certain butterflyfish, etc.)
When you add to the list be sure to note if that fish is not reef safe.
Lastly, when we pick the fish for `each tank size I think it would be best to just assume that it is the standard tank we are talking about. For example, if we are deciding if we can put a bat fish on the list (which we wouldnt anyway) we should not assume that the people reading the list have extra tall tanks.
I am going to start the list on the next post in this thread ;)
MORE PEOPLE WHO CONTRIBUTE=A BETTER LIST
    Thanks for all contributions

are we taking into consideration smaller tanks? such as 5 or 8 gallon tank? i think lots of people have those that are beginners because they are looking to have a small tank. i would add some standard nano sizes to the list as well.
