Which ATO is a full set?

Is there a specific Tunze ATO? I have a nano tank, so is this the one I want?
Tunze Nano Osmolator 3152

I'd like to get one that I can transfer to a bigger tank should I decide to upgrade.

 

Tunze Osmolator Universal 3155 is the big brother to the nano, it has a backup safety. I think the nano is only the 1 switch.


The nano is half the price to. If you have the cash get the 3155 it's about 210 bucks but looks to be really safe.

This. Get the 3155 if you can. Takes 5 minutes to set up. Has 2 sensors with the primary being an optical sensor.

OK. I'm about to pull the trigger on the Tunze ATO. I've been looking around for the best prices but the average price is $200. If I'm not mistaken, I think I read a post about controllers that also acted as an ATO. Am I making this up? Is there a controller I can buy that also acts as an ATO? I figure I can kill two birds with one stone if I'm going to be spending as much as $200.

 

BTW -- The biggest reason I want an ATO is because I HATED walking water back and forth everytime I needed to top off the tank. In my previous build If I didn't top off, the water got low and the filter sounded crazy and the sound of the water wall was KILLING me!

I really want to avoid all that this go round.

 

Then an ato is indeed what you need, like I said made me life a lot simpler

 

You could save some $ can get the JBJ and make the cage around the floats.

Take the floats out every 2 or 3 months and give them a strong vinegar bath.
