    Hey, found this half in my substrate have on liverock, never seen this guy before, his moving around.. chillin . hahaha, what is it, red tiny worm looking thing, whatever it is if you can id it, good bad?

    +1, guessing its a bristle worm and a good cuc member, just don't touch it.

    lol, they can get huge, corralline has 1 she can tow a cruise ship with;)

    I spoke to my friend at my lfs and he said the only way to get the bristles out is to use duct tape. He also said that it's a 3 on the 1 to 10 pain scale and that its not so much as pain full but it pisses you off. Lastly he said that mine is still pretty small and that he's seen some "Monsters!"

    holy. i love finding little new things, especially since my tank is like 3-4 week old with just live rock, second little hitchhiker ive found, its exciting, after reading a few things im almsot scared to put my hand in by the live rock incase a mantis shrimp or something decides to use my finger for target practice ahha, but yeah there seems to be alot of controversy surronding these bristle worms but ill take your guys word for it!

    nah there are several "cures" duct tape, vinegar, salve, others, LG just had a great thread on this. Hold on I'll find it.

    nah the controversy is old school, just don't touch ten just in case. They're great. Their are a few that can be trouble, youtube fireworm verse brisstleworm,
