I think the libraries are mostly by the guy who designed it. There's a client program being made, I think crank or droopster is working on that.

Hey dingo Ive got a question for ya about that driver you have in the first pic..Im confused as to the difference...what is the "p" for Ive seen the same one with a "d"..its for use on a controller right..would it work on the RKL,meaning does it already have a stable 10 volts that controllers need..reason is it would be easier if this is the case, less wiring compared to the other dimming driver..Thanks...

I got the P version for the PWM signal. I can electronically control PWM with the reef angel.
The D works the same way, except it needs a separate potentiometer to control the strength.

I dont know if the RKL is capable of sending PWM or not? but if it isnt, then it will still work perfectly fine with the D version... you will just have to adjust intensity by hand

Cool Thanks..I understand now..I will look into the adapter for the RKl(the ACL) to see if it can accept PWM( I believe it can),and if not good to know I can just control using the potentiometer..

EDIT..just did some reading on the RKL/ALC and the "D" driver is the way to go.. :)

Absolutely subscribing to this. The 4.5x23" Heatsink is absolutely perfect for the the 30x30" I'm building.

That's the heat sink, and no, the kit doesn't come with a "standard issue" one, but there are several different sizes/configurations of heat sinks you can also buy through them.
