Tank has been up for a 18 months and have tried shrooms, galaxea, torch, clams, acropora, montipora, richordas, xenia, and some others to no avail.
Tank was doing really well with corraline algae after setup and no new growth now.

i would try the ground probe. how often do you do water changes? chemipure may take out trace elements. whats you ph are you sure its 8.3? i would try some brown zoos and if they die something is definitely wrong. your lighting may be too strong for the corals you get also. do you light aclimate the corals? if everything checks out fine and i mean everything its possible that some kind of chemical has leached into your tank.

So I see everything looks ok, but don't see salinity level, but I'd assume it's around 1.025?
Also, I don't see your tank water temperature. Are you using a chiller and heater?
I'd also buy a ($10) ground probe or make one yourself.

And if you are serious, I'll buy your reef ready starphyre tank.

water changes are 70 gallon every two weeks wiyh reef crystals, ph probe tracked on computer shows low of 8.0 to a high of 8.4 in a 7 month period and when tested with salifert kit it reads 8.2 range most the time.
I have tried starting shrooms on bottom, middle, and tried the screen layers and removing them slowly?
Shrooms look good the first day and then close up tight and never open again?
