    Thanks so much for that, it definitely helps. I just need to get my confidence up :) With my redsea max tank I don't have a sump but I will work something out.

    Ive only had my tank a few months, I decided to get a 'big one' to begin with so I wouldn't be tempted to upgrade.......unfortunately I am already reshuffling our house in my mind so I can fit a bigger one in :)
