So i have some frags coming to me tomorrow, cross fingers, and I bought some coral rx pro to dip them in.

Any advice/tips on its usage or is it just use as directed on bottle? I have been bad in the past and never treated anything but am trying to do better about these things, especially since they are coming from a vendor and not frags from a well established tank.

I don't know if it makes a difference or not either for the treatment but I will be using it on both sps and zoas.

    TIA

I use it too. I'm newer to this but will say depends what you get. My zoa I had to dip a handful of times to get everything off.
My chalice was good after 1 dip.
Brain coral needed a couple. I would suggest setting up a small QT for a coupes days. A do a couple dips.
I used a turkey baster to help get critters off

If i use my turkey baster i normally use in my tank, do I need keep that out of my tank after that or would cleaning it with vinegar clean it enough for using it again in my DT?

    Vinegar cleaning is fine.

New to treating corals and have never heard about vinegar. What would the procedure be for that process?

Coral RX pro is pretty safe as long as you get the dose right. Use a turkey baster as mentioned. Same thing when rinsing.

I know this is late, but do not use Coral Rx on deepwater acropora. I can almost guarantee that it will kill them.
