Best algae scraper?

    Looking for a good way to keep the glass in a rectangular glass 90 gallon tank clean. I would appreciate what you have learned in your experience.

    I have been looking at the large size mag-float. Just didn't know if there was something else out there.

    love love love love my flipper...and my tank is a 265...scrapes like a champ...go to their site..they are a sponsor on 3reef....they may be sold out again...but they are $20 plus shipping...and worth every penny

    Mag float works amazingly for my acrylic...couldn't see ANYWHERE into the tank before now all the algae is gone

    kent marine makes those flipper things and are at almost every lfs

    I tried one of those tiger shark magnets with the razor scraper because they said it would not scratch my glass but it did so I just went back to using a nice sharp razor blade on my 8' - 165 gal.

    You might also consider an "Easy Blade" to scrape the coralline algae off of glass.
    You just need to super glue it to your existing mag float or another algae scraper. I have heard that it works very well.

    Below is a link on marinedepot. You might want to buy a couple of extra razor blades as I think it comes with only 1.
