    Cone mania continues with the new Octopus XP-2000SSS (Super Sump Saver) protein skimmer hitting the market at the end of this month. The latest Octopus skimmer is going to be a hit amongst those of you with small sump spaces. It literally has a footprint of 8” x 10” and 26” tall. That is a whole lot of skimmer packed into such a small space. It has the same footprint as the popular Octopus Extreme 160 sump-savers.

    looks like good value to me, I would like to see some user reviews on this in future
    in fact if I see one out here, I would be tempted to buy and try myself

    Sweet twist on the XP-2000. This will be helpful for many... I know I initially was concerned about the large footprint of the XP-2000. Looks like they took away the concern for many by adding more money ;)

    Curious to see what the recommended water level is on this. mine is 5-6 inches.

    Geez dont know how I missed that. I think a higher water level is nice. a max of 6 is a bit on the low side.
