Marineland is about to up the ante with their improved aquarium heaters hitting the market by the end of the year. The Stealth Pro heater is almost completely new with an electronic thermostat with integrated bi Color LED and translucent dial. The Stealth Pro also has a new heating element and the heater is now epoxy filled making it nearly indestructible. The new Visi-Therm heater has a new thermostat as well, easier to read settings from top with calibrated marks and an improved heating element.

Look for new Marineland heaters by January 2010 with prices similar to their current models!

some nice features on these upgrades

I like the fact that the on/ off light is easier to see, I reckon everyone at some time has had to shuffle left/ then right and then even move the heater to check whether its on or not with other models

Just saw the new stealths. They are shorter but fatter than the older design. Also much heavier. Could probably use it as a hammer.

I get paid under the table plus everything at my boss' price because I get paid under minimum wage. He was able to snag a huge sale on them as well as a number of other goodies. I will also be purchasing a $300 light that actually only costs retailers $185. I hope that gives everyone an idea of the markup on a lot of these goods.
