ya I've got a lot of work to do before I get some time for fragging and they grow pretty fast so I'll probably be around the 15 head range before I do.

I'm still having a hard time believing that anyone would really pay that much, but I would not turn them down lol.

A few years ago, they went for about $300 on ebay.

The bad thing about hornets is, since most are wild collected they can easily change colors. Since those are fragged from a captive colony, I doubt they will change colors. I'm jealous.

I have a good relationship with the lfs and I was getting rid of some suff because it had hydroids, (it turned out I had flat worms too) so I gave them a bit of rock (10-15lb?) with some ok palys and mushrooms on them. A 2 headed hammer coral, and some orange monti cap. I have other frags of the orange monti and everything else I wanted to "move on" from, so I feel like I scored pretty good on this one. :first:

They look pretty much the same under my t5s as they did under the MH at the lfs, but the do look a little better under the mh. I probably should replace my bulbs soon.
I'd be happy to sell a frag as soon as I frag them and they stabilize. I need to learn more about shipping too, but I'm sure there is more info than I can handle on that out there.
