What would happen if I glued it to a snail shell that had a snail in it?

Just make sure to take the item (to be glued to) out of the water as the Super Glue will harden on contact with the water. It's best to use a dry item, put a drop of gel glue on it, then place the polyp on it (bottom side down). Wait about a minute or so to give the glue time to adhere to the polyp, then place it back in the water.
