    It is a dry heat, yeah right !
    Not all zoanthids are created equal. Some love the intense lighting higher in the tank, some melt under it.

    I would still keep an eye out at night with the Asternia stars, some do become opportunistic eaters of zoanthids and corals, I know this because I have had it happen. As with zoanthids not all Asternia are created equal.

    Wow I have them in high flow & in low flow & most are down in the lower part of my tank with no prob,

    Been a few weeks and it is definitely showing signs of improvement. Looks like some (well, a lot) of polyps may have died, but the ones that were barely hanging on are now wide open and looking great! Seems less flow and more light are what this guy wanted!
