The aggressiveness will vary from zoa to zoa. I have some that will seemingly grow overnight.
Ok ... nice.. now what about placement...
depends on your lights. I have PCs, so my zoas are mid to high. Most like higher flow. I have heard that the smaller their tenticle thingys, the higher flow they like.... the longer the tenticles, they can do ok in lower flow.... i think i got that right.
Yes but do you just set them somewhere.. Say they come on a frag plug? just set it down somewhere?
What fantastic pictures!!! Makes....me....want....to.....spend.....money! Nooooooooooooooooo!!!!
Wait no longer, but I dont have great looking zoas.
The pics aren't the greatest:
I fragged them 2 days ago:
So when I'm looking at a site like liveaquaria.com and they mention that the temperment of zoas is semi-aggressive (or and any other coral for that matter), does semi-aggressive mean how fast they will multiply in the area that they are place?
Awesome looking zoa's guys! mine have been growing some also, will post some pics soon
I have been battling cyano, but it is under control now
I think what they are referring to is a "generalization" of the coral itself.
Separate names with a comma.
