    So today everything was perfect, I look back at my tank and I see this.. What exactly is going on here?

    Water Params:
    1.026 - SG
    .05ppm - Phos
    .0 Nitrate/Rite
    420 - CA
    1580 - MAG

    Flow - Low/Medium
    Light - Under ledge (Low)

    looks like its trying to move off the plug and into your rock work

    My thoughts are it is looking for more light. Move the plug up onto the rock next to it if possible. Also orient in a vertical position instead of horizontal since most Ricordea are found that way in nature.
