    Good luck with that, that would take a TINY pump with the perfect sized outlet, and the front overflow box would have to be way oversized to accommodate this + room for your hands. the best way is to just snake some airline tubing up the U-tube and suck the air out (with both ends submerged) and remove it after the siphon is started.
