    just wanted to get some ideas what you guys specially make for your fish? i have 3 tangs and 4 chromis right now. what would be something i could blend together and make myself? what do you guys make?

    well, what i do is...I feed every other day and i alternate between a mix of ocean nutrition's prime reef flakes, cyclop-eeze and frozen mysis with spirulina...my fish are happy, and that makes me happy.:) some people mix their food with garlic juice (from crushing garlics-the juice that comes out) and something called selcon, people have had good results with selcon too...
