your bulb of choice

so i need to replace my t5 bulbs on my NEW fixture. and i read that some of you guys like the brand UVL. what other brands to you guys feel are worth anything? and when it say V-HOR what does the R stand for? it know its very high output _______. and would it be back to put VHO on a HO balllest?

bigger the number the better also sorry i don't know what the r stands for. maybe radiation?

I've used UVL bulbs, two white actinic and two super actinic, but I think this time around I want a little more par value, so I think I will be getting 1 Aqua Sun 10,000k from UVL, 1 Aqua Blue ATI, 1 Blue Plus ATI and 1 Geissman actinic plus. Not completely set on that setup, but my current setup is running just a little too blue.
