    Mean? Remember, your mommy is a wife ! One faithful day I said, lets set up a reef tank and spend money like drunken sailors on it year after year, now had she been mean the mommy in her would have come out and said “No honey, no….now go clean your room” with a slight wagging of the finger. Rather with that wifely stare that only a husband can detect at 300 paces, she calmly said “yes drear….and pay for it you shall” You can start with the yard, fixing the deck, painting the fence, cleaning the carpets, roof, etc, etc, etc…..Heck kid, at this point my wife could run a chain gang in the Arizona desert with the utmost efficiency, but damned if I don’t have a gorgeous reef tank that I am always over worked and too tired to look at….but I have it – and that my 12.5 year old friend is a win for husbands everywhere !
