    so was thinking that for Biocube 14 or 29 you could remove the false floor in chamber one, put an underwater light in there, place the false floor back in place, put your media rack back on top ( or what ever you are running in this chamber, heater, filter cartridge, etc. Wouldnt this work just like making a fuge out of the second chamber, just on a smaller scale. Maybe a little more hassle to maintain because of removing all this stuff to get to the cheato. But we all know this hobby takes patience. >>>>>

    Its a good idea, but seems a bit too small scale, I don't think the underwater light would provide enough light for the chaeto to grow well, your more likely to get algae growing than chaeto, plus it has to be the right wavelength and intensity of light. If you do try it and its successful let us know... There's nothing wrong with trying something new :)

    U could put a light on the out side facing in if the back of ur cube is clear I know that the new one have a clear back idk about the old ones.
