Yellow tint

When lookind down the side of my tank there is a small yellow tint. Is there anyway to remove this and get my water crystal clear?

 

running carbon should help.

So just stick one of those in one of the baffles in my sump so that water is constantly passing through it?

 

Yup, you just want to place it where it gets the most flow, the more water going threw it the better it will work.

 

I had the same problem for a while. I put some carbon in some panty hose and threw it in the sump and it took care of it in a few days.
