    I"ve been running a fuge with 3" of Fiji mud and it goes above and beyond my wildest expectations for nutrient export and pod producing. Long story short I have a reef 55 tank with a 20 fuge. I broadcast feed close to every day with no nitrate or phosphate worries. My experiences are worth consideration if your into responsible reef keeping. PM if you have questions. God bless.

    Hey OP, I'm interested in hearing the whole story on your system as I'm in the early stages of cycling and have a 25 gallon fuge that I'm not quite sure what to do with. Do you have a thread going on your setup?

    Oh and I should also note that I use a eshops 75 HOB skimmer which runs full time. And I use Chemi pure Elite as a carbon.
