thanks for the link it explains a lot. But it would make a lot more sense if I could see a pic of how the rubber band is connected.

have never tried this, but have read that you can poke it with a tooth pick and then rubber band the toothpick to a rock. not sure how the Xena likes the pick tho just FWIW

i think what John O is trying to say is. Put the xenia on a rock that is larger than the base of the transplant Xenia. then once it attatches to the rock you will have a circumferance larger than the new Xenia. Take a rubber band and and put it around the rock where it attatches at the base and then attatch the other end on a rock.

    Lets try again aye.

Imagine putting a small rubber band around your finger. Now get a pencil and slip it inbetween your finger and the rubber band. If the rubber band it tight enough it should hold the pencil comfortably.

The finger is the rock and the pencil is the Xenia :)

No problems, do you sort of understand now? Either the way I suggested, just make sure the rubberband is not too tight or the GARF method :)

kind of I just wish i could see a pic of your way with the rubberband . So i put the rubber band around the rock and just put the base of the Xenia underneath the rubber band so it holds the Xenia in place.
