I just ordered 2 Hydor Koralia 3 Powerheads plus I already have Hydor Koralia 1. My return pump is 1056 GPH, Is all my flow overkill? or just right?

Should be just about right for SPS. They like harder and more chaotic flow.

well the SPS ,hard corals can take a lot more water movement than the mushrooms
and in fact need a lot more

I have 52 x tank volume at present and I know I could add more , but then my LPS would struggle

    K3s I recall are 850 GPH , I dont recall K1s water flow sorry
but add them all up and then divide by 55 and that will tell you how many x water flow you have in your tank

but it doesnt sound to much for me so far

Yea 850 for K3's & 400 for K1's. So sounds good for flow?
