    10acrewoods. Cut my losses? The next day there was nothing left. The thing completely disappeared. The blob the 2 shrooms.... everything GONE! :|

    Question --- kinda off-topic.....(and please forgive any ignorance on my part!)
    What are those above the "blob"? I've been trying to figure out what's happening with mine --- seem to be bleaching out, so I moved to bottom of tank; minimal current.

    I would search the house and make sure it wasnt lurking around waiting for someone else. If you see it DONT poke it with a stick. I saw this movie once and the blob oozed around eating people. But it started with someone poking it with a stick. I guess it didnt like that. Too bad I forget the name of the movie.

    Seriously though, never seen anything like it. And I hope I dont. Thanks for sharing and sorry for your mushroom loss. Now something else to watch out for.
