    2 months ago i was setting up my tank and stupied me i did not find a good lfs yet and he convinced me to buy 2 korilas number 1 :angry:

    the only other flow in the tank is where the pump from the wet dry it is strong i dont know what gph it comes out of small holes along the hole length of the bottom of the tank and holes up one side i have no dead spots in the tank what should i do what is the cheapest way of fixing this

    ps it is a 50 gallon reef tank i alreay have a green star polp and a anemone in there and they have benn doing amazing for 3 weeks now;D

    I'm not sure what your question is. If you want to increase the water circulation cheaply, add an air stone or two.

    sell your k1's and buy bigger pumps... :)

    and im not sure what you talk about on little holes.. i am assuming they are using a spray bar on your return? odd

    my return pump is in a L shape made out of small holes but the L is turned 45degrees to the left that is the shape that the hole make

    and my questions is can i survive with that set up or should i upgrade and if i should upgrade it what is the cheapest way of doing this

    Yeah thats a spray bar... hmm.. not used to seeing these on returns. Typical on canister filters.

    K1's are quite low flow for a 50 gal... if you plan on only keeping soft corals you could probably get by. Although they are small pumps they are still decent priced. You could possibly sell them and buy some cheaper powerheads with more power, such as a maxijet or something.

    my tank is weird lol

    it is a 50 gallon and the filtration is in the back of the tank like a nano cube

    Nah, I agree, put them on Craigs List or Ebay and buy a 3 or 4.:)

    i am going to buy 2 k which ones should i get

    or should i keep the k1s and buy a strong maxi jet ( which one )
