    I also belong to both. Multiple reef forums actually.
    IMO, the top two spots on the web belong to 3reef and RC.
    Like others have stated. 3reef is the place you go to enjoy the company of fellow reefers in a relaxed and laid back environment.
    I will go to RC prob for a couple mins but my browser is constantly on 3reef.

    I am a member on RC, have been for quite a few years, but the site seriously lacks good social interaction. IIRC, RC is either the largest forum of any kind , or it is definitely one of the largest in the entire net.

    15.6 million posts, 226k members and 52 mods..

    Yeah, definitely not a tiny forum. But I would have guessed at least 4chan, Gamefaqs, Gamespot (if it's separate from Gamefaqs, they share a lot), and maybe some computer sites like Aandtech or Toms Hardware are bigger. Reefing is a bit niche of a subject to be the absolute biggest IMO.

    my username is Steve Wright 2
    Because there is another Steve Wright who joined before me
    and as he didnt have the common courtesy to call himself Steve Wright I thus leaving Steve Wright free = I had to be Steve Wright 2

    For that simple act of selfishness in making a name unique to 1 person
    I joined 3 reef just so I could inconvenience either that Steve Wright should he join here
    or any other Steve Wright that wants to use his name as a user name

    It used to be either the biggest at one point, or in the top 5. That may have been before the online video game thing happened 5 years ago though.
