Here is how it works - the FREE shipping is one of the following - FedEX Ground - for those within the SE United States or FedEx Saver - which is 2-3 days or USPS Priority. If you add a significant number of items to the order - I will often upgrade that to FedEx Express 2 day at no additional cost to you.

You may also notice that the system will allow you to upgrade the shipping method - at a reduced cost. It gives you an approx credit of 15.00 towards an upgrade when you have a FREE shipping item in your cart.

Also - Please note - we use Medical Grade Styros with 1-1.5 inch thick walls and 72 hour heat packs- there is NO additional charge for these items!!
