    yes, just make sure you check temp of the fixture for the first week or so to determine if the fans need to be upgraded, which is supposedly something that should be done with all Oddyssea light fixtures.

    be careful with the oddyssea if you do a search on google there have been several accounts of thier ballasts catching on fire.

    Apparently the new oddys are good with their electronic ballasts and multiple pluges.

    I think i am going to get an oddy for my 65 gallon, 24 in deep aquarium.

    I have one more question though: should i go with the 630w which supports 2x 250 mhs or shold i opt for the 442w which supports only 1x 250?

    I dont know if my ballasts get hot b/c I have a fan cooling them so they stay nice and cool. Unfortunately, it seems that all Odyssea equipment needs some kind of modification. Remember, You get what you pay for.
