You're using the 290 for a return and the 790 as circulation in the tank?

The 790 is a fan. The 290 is rated high enough for my sump (6-10x sump volume), I just need to know if I'll be able to hook it up to plumbing to return it to the DT. Is the 790 too much? I need another for my 20 and will also need one for the 55 and I was offered a good deal (im not buying it from the company in the link).

Geez. I'll have a return and a smaller Koralea in addition to the 790 if I get it. If I can use it in my 20 and 55 down the road, it would be ideal.

2 790's and a return in a 55 is prob enough for LPS and softies, but not SPS, IMO. I have 2 hydor koralia 1300's, a Aquaclear filter and a CPR HOB huge pushing water, and I'd say its enough, but not by much.

Fantastic. Do you think i would move too much water in the 20? What do you think about using that 290 as a return?

Is the sump well below the tank, kinda doubt its gonna have enough juice, but really not sure on that

A 790gph in a 20 should be ok if ya aim it right, I'd guess, middle if the rear of the tank aiming towards the front top middle, or 2 of them in the rear corners aiming at the center top front middle should work well

It will probably 40" or so below the return. With the 790, i really need a second fantasticn in my 20, even though it will only be up for another couple months, but i figure ill need one for my 55 too. Good deal on it.
