Would this light be adequate?

If I decide to just go with a brand new 4 bulb fixture, how does this one look, is it sufficient?

That would be much better than the 2 bulb fixture IMO. What type of corals where you planning on keeping?

They include bulbs and you can choose whichever one's you want.

 

I just have Mushrooms, Pulsing Xenia, (2 unknown soft corals), Yellow Polyps, a Condy, and a Sebae Anemone

 

Those look very similar to the lights at the LFS that they use over their tanks

I bet, TEK's are fantastic fixtures. I would use them over ATI's, but that's just my personal preference.

 

i know a lot of people have the 36" 4 bulb nova extreme on their 46 bow, i believe Jwin and TMom are one and they can grow anything, im not sure about the whole watage thing

on my 46 bow i have a 4x39 t5ho tek and i can grow anything i want

 

Nova's are "decent" fixtures. But in all honesty, you would be getting a better light and saving a little bit of money by going with the TEK. The bulbs that Current makes aren't that great, but any upgrade is better than nothing.

 

not to be nosey, but what was the cost on your t5ho?
