Got a few Tangs? Angelfish? Rabbitfish? Then treat them to some fresh live Ulva, we are currently offering Ulva at $15 per 1.5 pounds. That is a lot of ulva, should keep your fish happy for quite some time.

    But wait, there is more!

For a limited time when you purchase one of our Ulva specials, we will throw in a handful of gracilaria as well. That is 2 macros for the low price of $15. WOW!

Sorry, just got into the infomercial channels today and I couldn't help it. :) Don't forget to remind me you are from 3 reef though, the free gracilaria add on is just for 3 reef members.

Disclaimer - while ulva is an excellent food for your fish, a varied diet will always be superior to a simple one. Was just having fun with the title..:)

Also, if you have a refugium you can see Vs being under a tank stand, both Ulva and Gracilaria are very neat looking species.

True, can't argue with that. Lot of ulva to decorate with though, might not have any other room in the tank. You would need a 10g to safely store this refugium style. You can pack ulva in, just make sure to rotate it if it isn't in tumble. Otherwise some people hold it in a bag that acts like a filter sock sort of in an open drain. By keeping it out of the water it takes up less space, and as long as water runs over it, it will be fine for about 12 days or so, then it really needs to get under light. I like my 10g idea ^^ :)

it disappeared? oh well, I still have the post above for posterity purposes. I have lost a few minutes to the stick figure avatar that keeps banging his fingers and eventually his head on the keyboard as well. I am more of what you would call a well rounded geek rather than a specialist. :)
