    I personally think teh one spot would be fine in a 90 gallon, as far as the wrasses go I would do a combination of fairy warsse they are really cool and are really colorful.

    also fire fish are another cool smaller kinds of schooling fish. and anthis the ignites are really colorful and cool but they require a bit more feeding than normal

    Are those all different types of fairy wrasses? I don't know much about them, but we love our 6-line wrasse, he's fun to watch. Any considerations when adding wrasses to that list?

    Hey, why are tangs so prone to ick? We've never had an issue with ick in our tank...

    I'd start of here and ask evolved a question, he's the wrasse guru;

    http://www.3reef.com/forums/tropical-fish/all-about-reef-safe-wrasses-122261.html

    But they are awesome, no the melanarus/hoevens wrasse isn't but is prob my favorite fish, def tons of personality and on a plus side, loves to eat bad hitschhikers Saltwater Aquarium Fish for Marine Aquariums: Hoeven's Wrasse

    The lubbock is a fairy, not real sure what the shark fin wrasse family is

    But tangs get ich easier because they have smaller scales which basically allows the *******s in easier. But Ich can be controlled with proper managament of the tank, low stress, low stock, high quality food. If you ahven't QTd everything in the tank by now, you have Ich in the tank, so the next step is to know what to do if it happens. Heres a little guide I put together (mostly form Vinnyboombatz and corraillines theories on Ich)
    Make sure to read vinny's thread in it, its what you need to follow so you don't need the rest of the info...hopefully

    Wow Cosmo! That was a heck of a writeup on Ick! I remember dealing with ick years and years ago when I had a freshwater tank. I had forgotten it was one of those things that is just present in a lot of tanks.

    Thank you so much for the links to the wrasse writeup and the link to the Hoeven's wrasse. He looks like he'd be a good member of the tank! We bought the 6-line hoping he would eat some pyramid snails we were finding, but I don't think he is. Have you ever had pyramid snails and has your Hoeven's been eating them? That'd be worth it to me!

    thankfully, so far, no, I haven't, but these guys are supposed to like them, even though, there's a thought that the hoevens is a day predator and pyramids and others are night time so they don't meet much, but my theory is, its a cool fish and it can't hurt.
    FYI the 6line may be an issue when adding fish, thy can be a PITA, but you're welcome, glad to help. Feel free to ask a question on evolveds thread about them, he'll steer ya where ya need to go;)

    Like Cosmo said your Sixline will probably attack a Hoevens Wrasse (Or any other Wrasse for that matter). They can become extremely aggresive especially if they are added first.:( I would do a small Bristletooth Tang instead of the Foxface.Foxfaces bring alot of nervous energy which can cause stress to others in the tank.I also do not suggest an Angel as they are hit or miss on nipping.Good luck!!

    Hi Vinny - Yeah, we've decided the Sixline is staying in the Biocube. We won't be moving him over. Heard they can get aggressive... he was added last in the Biocube and so we've never had a problem. I'm not sold on the Foxface and certainly don't want nervous energy in the tank.

    Thanks for all the advice guys! I love that this forum give such great information!

    yeah, I kinda second that about the foxface, I have one in my tank against my wishes, my boy told nana that it was my dream fish so they bought it to surprise me. It's very skittish. It is neat watching it change colors, but I would be happier without it in the tank. I'd much rather have some more wrasse.

    Surprise fish presents, huh? I'm assuming you told nana that it wasn't a good idea! LOL

    Bartlett's are one of the more hardier options of Anthias. I would highly suggest.
