I figured I would start my thread back up since I was inspired by seeing the 3reef biggest loser contest. I've been on a diet for 2 months and have lost about 30 pds so far. I've stumbled over the last couple of weeks but am getting back on track starting now... Thanks for starting up the biggest loser thread. It's been a inspiration.

The more you have to lose the faster it comes off. I cut to about 15 grams of fat a day and cut out all pop. Plus have been outside with my 2 sons alot more..

If it was easy to lose weight, everyone would be thin. There is no good reason to be overweight...

    Tips:

My mom is a personal trainer, and im 15, she is always making me eat food, and skip dinner

She says to lost weight, you want to pretty much starve yourself, not to the point of death ofcourse!! haha, but dont eat PAST 7:00pm!! thats a biggy...and no more suger...so that means if you have coffee and suger and cream...no more suger, and if possible..no more cream.

Another one is obviusly you know this...NO ice cream! haha, and no soda, only water..
That rule only can lose weight quickly

Working out-When you go to work out, dont run or just walk on the tredmill for an hour, its a waste of time IMO, do about 15-20 mins of cardio, then go and lift weights...Dont lift heavy! lift light, and get about 20-30 reps in...with about 4 sets of each.

Ino im 15, but i have been working out HARD for 4 years, my mom is a personal trainer,my dad works out with me since i was 11, so DONT JUDGE! haha...ive lost weight very quickly just following that.
