oohhh exciting! congrats!

i love the equestrian events during the summer mainly because im a horse rider and been doing it for 10 years

its always fun to see our sport in the olympics

 

It is! And since I know so much about it, it's really fun! I love predicting their scores and everything.

 

how do you predict scores in skating it seems so confusing i think my favorite figure skater is Michelle Qwan

haha yeah, it's a lot more confusing now with the new judging system. Every jump, spin, footwork sequence, etc. has a base value of what it's worth. If you do the trick, you get that many points. Then there's a grade of execution that factors in - each judge decides how well you did the trick, and gives you either extra points, or deducts points. Then presentation (Artistry, etc.) is factored in also. And a mandatory 1 point deduction for any falls. That's a very basic explanation, but you get the point! Maybe...

Haha yes lol. Depending on the level of fail, you lose more or less points.

 

Oh, there's been some bad stuff. Like when the person who wins gets about 90 points, and the person who comes in last has like 10 points. That is an epic fail.

 

the olympics are going to be fun. lots to do up here, cant wait to see what the night life is gonna be like when all the people come in from everywhere.
