Will tiger pistol shrimp kill my cleaner shrimp?

You will rarely see a pistol even if you have one, they aparently don't care for lights. I take out an led flash light and I can see mine but it's rare. You may have one if you are hearing clicking sounds.

A few months ago I started hearing clicking sounds and I also noticed alot of detritus around my liverock, and holes in it. I took out my laser pointer and carefully pointed it in the holes of the rock and voila I saw a little shrimp moving around in it. I had a hitchhiker pistol! The one thing I don't like about having this pistol in my tank, is that it has made tunnels throughout my LR, you can see the holes and it travels through the rocks, it is destroying my LR.

 

I do not have either but I read in a thread that pistols click intermittitly and mantis have a continuous click. That's how you can figure out which you might have. Please correct me if I am wrong
