Hey so I saw these online and thought they looked cool! From what I can tell they are just moguls or sockets for T5 HO bulbs. If I installed these into my canopy and put some reflectors in would they work? I can't tell if they have wiring with them and what else I would need but they look pretty cool IMO. Thanks

Those are the stand offs(mounts) and end caps for fluorescent bulbs. You would use for retro.

They are endcaps and standoffs for fluorescent lamps of varying sizes, wires are not included but you can get them at home depot for around $5 for a small spool. If you bought these you would also need reflectors, ballasts, and a bunch of wire. workhorse makes a great ballast for these kinds of setups.
