i just bought a giant arrow crab to kill off my bristle worms. unfortunately it only has one arm/claw :( i didn't notice this at the store because it was hiding under a rock until the flirty girl went to get it for me, and it was their last one. will the arrow crab regenerate the missing arm? also, do you think it can still hunt and kill bristle worms effectively with one arm?

its a big crab so in my opinion i think it can because it must have eaten good to get that big. ill take pictures tomorrow.

it will be back either on the next molt or the one after that. it may be a bit smaller right after it regenerates but within a couple molts you wont be able to tell it was missing.

Exactly. My CBS lost both large pincers in a move. Two molts later, they were at full size.
