Will my CUC eat the plants growing from my rock?

if its the viney type of crap im thinking of, good luck getting rid of it!! That stuff is horrible to get rid of. Did you by chance use any rock from petco? I had to nuke the rock to kill that crap off!

 

i'll try to take a picture, and no didn't get it from petco, got it from a LFS

 

cant remember tank size, but my foxface is known to eat hair algae ( and some other types of algae). if your tank is big enough you could get one. they are pretty cool cheap and hardy IMO.

 

i think a foxface would be to big in my 46, unless i get one just to eat the algae and return it for store credit?

did it bother any of your corals, or were you able to find out what it was called

 

I didnt give it a chance to bother any of them. I hated the look of it, so I nuked the rocks.

 

i'm really hoping that i won't have to nuke the rocks, so i'm hoping that theres something out there that will eat it
