will a Vortech Propellor Pump MP40W ( Gen 2 ) create enough movment for a 8x2x2?

    It will make noise and vibrate if not set up correctly, but if you follow the directions the noise should be minimal. Of course it is an electric motor so it will make some noise/vibration but as mentioned, if installed correctly, it should be very minimal at most.
