Why SO much bubbles coming out from my skimmer???

does the valve slow the flow or raise the water height in the skimmers body?

 

the valve raises the water height, but my pump's flow rate is controllable, how much should i dial it back? how do i knkow what's the optimum flow? :-/

 

Thats what we were saying about the sweet spot.........You will have to play with air vs water flow until you are getting good skim but not a ton of bubbles leaving the skimmer.

 

This could literally take a few days to accomplish
