    I have a bunch of nerites. I like them, but I've had two go from my DT, through my U-tube overflow and into my sump. In the process, they caused my sump to overflow and my return to run dry when the ATO ran out of water trying to replace the water that overflowed.

    and thats why i hate them :D they can create big problems thats why i hate it when they go on the intake tube protector, i always peal them off if i see them on there, but some i dont catch and almost all the time they wind up inside at the bottom of the thing, cant stand these guys
