    I take it from this post you are losing fish to whatever it is.
    I know this sounds bad but is there anus red and are they at all bloated?

    Thanks Tangster. It is mainly with the bicolor blenny and the saddleback clowns. That is the only two that I have seen this with and they are now in quarantine for other issues as well.

    No red around the anus and not bloated. I am dealing with oodinium and now trying to figure out what else is wrong.

    On another site they said may be a internal parasite and recomended protozoacide medication added to there food don't know what that is but said is an easy cure hope it helps

    It was just what a different reef advice forum and one of there sponsor recomended that medication. I can try to find it again if you want to read what he said. couldn't find a official site on these symptons just other forums talking about there expirences

    im sorry senario you just cant get a break in saltwater can you.

    i think it is a internal parasite. stringy poop could just be over feeding. but the fact that its white tells me its not digested hardly at all. so the fish is responding with diearrhia trying to purge the parasite. i would try a standard parasite medication.

    if there are any food dips i would think there most effective.
