White pimple on clown!

So i just noticed 2 white pimples on my clown. It looks like a white head pimple on her forehead, and then another on her chin.

Does not look like ich, but am worried. She seems fine tho, is still eating. Have noticed a new behavior recently tho, she goes down to the sand bed and kind of spazes out? not sure if she is trying to itch, she dosent really rub in it, just gets down there and like, has a seizure, then comes back up. Its kind of amusing to watch actually. Just started doing this within the past 2 weeks when the spot first appeared. My other clown seems unaffected. Any ideas? Cant get a good pic!

 

IMO if the fish is eating and behaving normally then I would leave it.
I believe the spazing out would tell me that that Clown is the male and he is looking for some lov'n
