    Looks like "hole in the head" disease. AKA HLLE. Usually caused from bad water and mal-nutrition.

    That's on a dorsal fin. HLLE would be on it's half-line.

    Thats a pricy fish I have been looking or one cheepest I could find one was 450$ I would look in to treetment options

    I was mainly trying to suggest hole in the head. I was confused and thought hlle and hith were closely related. What does it look like to you?

    ok well what should i do i really do not want my fish to get more sick. I was reading I should dos with metronidazole is this reef safe or how should I do it. I apreciate all your help
