    watts per led doesn't really matter much! nor do the lumens, although that fixture sounds kinda shady!

    The led fixture I described would be a DIY fixture, and as far as efficiently I ment which would grow softies better, I have a 29g fowler tank and it has a 10000k and a actinic bulb t5s. My friend had a led fixture that he pretty much gutted out for no reason and then decided to give what he could find left of it to me, everything worked fine before he did this, but I was tryin to make use of the LEDs but yet make sure I can grow softies

    Or would it be better just to go with the dual t5s? Will a 10000k and a actinic bulb be good enough for keeping softies?

    Corals need more than just light, but given proper water conditions and adequate flow, anything will grow under 2 T5HO bulbs in your tank.

    Ok thanks for your help
