OK, the am is a huge change and one that I really like! Makes for some nice pics. The pm is not such a huge boost I believe ill be buying 2 more blues just because its still verging on white as is. Here are some pics, ill also be posting these pics and a few others on my build thread which can be found in my signature.

Also another question for you light savvy people. I run all of my lights in total of 9 hours. Should I cut back on my photo period for a few days to light acclimate the corals or do you think that's too short a photo period to have a problem?

tank looks good now. I wouldnt worry to much on the light period. you only changed 2 bulbs out of 8. if you want to cut back 1/2hr for a few days that would be fine.

Thanks you! I've done a lot this week with lighting. I've had light coming through 2 windows and hitting the tank directly now for the life of the tank. I believe this was contributing to some of the algae that is growing on the face of the rock work. I installed pull down shades and blocked all incoming light. I'm hoping with these 2 new changes ill notice an increase in coral growth and a decrease in algae growth.

it will, plus replacing 1or2 more of those aquasun bulbs will help if they are getting old. once a 10k/12k bulbs starts to shift into the red spectrum, algae likes that light to grow.
