Hey guys. I live in Beirut, Lebanon. I was wondering if you happen to know any website/store i can order from that can ship to Beirut. My lfs has been kinda sluggish in terms of getting new shipments and it will take forever to get one from him. I need it bad before my pest problems get out of control:confused:

Unfortunately, I don't think you're going to have much luck. I just checked to see what it would cost you to get a small 8x8x8 box with a couple peppermint shrimp in it if it was shipped from my location.

That 4lb package shipped tomorrow via FedEx Priority overnight would not get to you until Fri 26Jan07. That's 4 days later at a cost of $105. I am also on the east coast. The further west you go from me the greater the cost.

Once you weight the chances of the shrimp still being alive after four days versus the cost of the shrimp and shipping...it wouldn't be worth the risk IMHO.

Using FedEx if it wasn't delivered 26Jan07, the next earliest date for delivery was 30Jan07. More than a week since shipped. I don't think heat packs lasting four days are very common if they exist at all, nevermind heat packs lasting 8 days.

Shipping via airlines would be the quickest way I suspect. However they normally charge for a min weight of 100lbs so that too would be an expensive venture.

    Good luck.
