    I think you meant to say Randy Holmes-Farley states that as low as 7.8 is acceptable. Lower than about 7.5 and hard corals can begin to dissolve.

    Mine was 8.17 this morring when I woke up. Generally ranges from a out 8 to 8.3 these days.

    Thanks for correcting that, 7.8 is what it should read. It was late.
    There's a whole sentence in that paragraph that was in my head but isn't in the text today. Something about 7 being nuetral.
