    Well, just ordered the following

    BRS GFO and Carbon Reactor
    Maxi-jet 1200
    1 pound GFO

Hopefully that will help with the sps growth a ton and get the hair algae out of there!! Any advice??

just looked at the reactors at BRS they seem to look much better than the one i was looking at. but dont have the bio pellet reactor in stock :( the GFO reactors a great price right now. i also noticed how many people comment on the reactors not leaking.

yea, thats why i went with the BRS reactor instead of the two little fishies. I will tell you how it goes and if you could do the same for me that would be great too. What is your phosphate level at? Mine is at .25

They don't leak because they are the same things used on RO/DI filters. I am going with the NextReef MR1 and SMR1 for carbon/po4 and biopellets. They aren't super cheap, but very well made.
